肚子饿

Felt very hungry when I woke up today. Went to school for WSS lessons. Learned more about lab today. 2 weeks later there'll be a lab test again. 1 more week to HI! Club closing ceremony! Very excited!

After lunch went to MnC lesson. Today's lesson was quite short and ended at 2pm. Slacked at blk 47 until 3pm after that went to Cineleisure with CK as he wanted to buy his iPod touch. The shop at Cineleisure had a notice saying that "We are sorry but it's time for us to leave". Therefore, we went to EpiCentre @ Wheelock Place, the place where I bought my iPod. After major considerations he finally decided to buy. Asked about the price and there was actually an offer with tons of free gifts!! I regret buying my iPod so early.. :(

Should be at OSIM, but decided to skip. =p

Went to school for Green Vision today. Had our presentation on ISO 14000. I can say it was quite good. We were the only group to do a video for it, lol! Went to CityVibe to have my curry fishballs after that and came home.

At 8pm, had my first DJ session as Initious on soup. Used another name last time, this time having a brand new start. =p Listener rate was stable at about 15-17 most of the time and today's show was Catch the Lyrics. An hour of show would mean about 5 songs. Alright, have a standard for myself now. Every Wednesday, 8pm, remember ok? *winks*

Reached school at 9.30am today. Love public transport. Lol. Usual OPC lessons but did exercises instead as our lectures have ended. 2 hours break so we went to eat at Makan Place and went to slack at Block 40.

FPD lecture I was doing my OPC presentation slides for presentation at 3pm. Today's presentation was good! One of the best in my "career" so far. Should expect to get good marks for this.

Came home after school and watched 国记交意所 Episode 10. Sad to hear that the Korean and Brazillian has gone back to their countries! We'll miss you all! A new Thailand guy and Korean woman joined the class. They are quite fun too. The Korean woman likes saying places of other countries but never Singapore. LOL! Clementi = 西门町=.=

However I had quite a strange feeling while watching this episode. Unsure why am I having this feeling. Is it because the game format has changed by a bit and therefore I'm unable to fully concentrate? Lol.

手语课程

Considered a very relaxing day today. Went to school early to study for WSS test but my results came out bad, 42.5/100! Boohoo. Ended at about 2.45pm and next lesson was at 4pm so we slacked around outside the class. Went for OPC lessons at 4pm, did 1 question and we were released!

Ate at PINES after school and went for HI! Club. Practiced our formation for closing ceremony. Seems like my part is quite easy, except that I still don't know how to quarrel at the starting!! Can someone good in drama act teach me how to quarrel with someone whom I think is impossible to? Lol.

Details for HI! Club closing ceremony are as follows

Date: 7th August 2009 (Friday)
Time: 6pm (6pm - 6.30pm is registration time)
Venue: TBA
Refreshments provided!

飞机模拟游戏

My blog is officially 1 year old!!

Spent the whole day flight simming. Did some flights today in Asia.

CH620 Singapore - Taipei - Naha
CH621 Naha - Taipei - Singapore
CH456 Singapore - Abu Dhabi

All were done using the same aircraft, that means I flew from Singapore to Naha and back to Singapore and to Abu Dhabi! Great day today without any incidents though. =p

Also did my Green Vision Site Visit Report. 937 words. I guess it should be ok. Hope it'll be both visually and content appealing, spent some time decorating it.

The contractor came to make measurements for my new room today. The date is slated for 15th August where my room will get a completely new look! New bed, new cupboard and new paint shortly, 1 or 2 weeks before August 15.

Watched the first episode of Good Luck!! on dramacrazy. The first ever Japanese drama in my life! You might ask, why am I watching it? Cause it's about piloting! It was shot in 2003 with All Nippon Airways (ANA) as the main theme. It was definitely a nice show!

Parent's Forum 2009

Busy week for event helpouts. Went to helpout for Parent's Forum 2009. Was told to report at 9.15am which was quite early for me. All the others were told to report at 8.45am. However I was told that I should report at 8.45am like the rest.. O.o

My job was escorting the parents from the bus to the Lecture Theatre. I was paired up with my direct junior, Sze Yee, also from Logistics Management and from L02! L02 rocks. =p Parents started coming in at about 9.45am and the escorting started. The last parent arrived at about 10.30am and everything ended for me as an escort. Sat down and slacked around until about 12pm where they came out and we set up the tables for their buffet.

We also got our share of buffet. Consisted of Fried Rice, Vegetables, Tofu, Fish Fillet and Chicken. The fish and chicken is darn nice! I'm now drooling over it. =p After the event went to the library to slack. I did absolutely nothing except disturbing people and surfing websites on my iPod Touch. I've certainly dealt with Kai Chung about his SIA rap. =p

Took bus 154 to Jurong Point which was rare for me ever since the introduction of Pioneer MRT. Came home and did all my usual stuffs.

Runner's Relay

Miraculously, all my lessons end an hour early today! WSS was from 9-12pm but it ended at 11am. MnC lecture from 1-3pm but it ended at 2pm and MnC lab from 3-5 yet it ended at 4. Lots of free time today!

After MnC lab went to help out for The Runner's Relay 2009. Their volunteer's t-shirt is nice! I was dispatched to an area near the atrium. The flagoff started at 6pm and everything ended at about 7pm or 7.15pm. Short race, so I'm quite fortunate as I did not have to emo for very long. =p

Had the buffet they prepared for us and got our "goodie bags" which were just thrown all around. Included Men's Health, Shape and 2 packets of candies. Just rocks. =p

十个月

Came back from Chiangmai for 10 months, but the memories remain.

Reached school at 9.30am today. Already late for class, but less than half the class has reached! Only had a short briefing for assignment 2 for SMKT and class ended. Stayed in the class till 11am and went for the next class.

Break next and 2pm was SMKT presentation. I did not do my best today, but still up to standard, I guess? =X After school went to slack at the library when we were supposedly in the briefing, lol. Finally came home at 8pm.

脸青青

Went to school for Green Vision today. Did not have lunch in school as usual, but decided to go to Pioneer Mall with Kai Chung for lunch. After eating our main dish we decided to buy a plate of fried oyster to share. I had a nice waiting time of 10 minutes standing in front of the stall like an idiot waiting for my food. Finally, finished lunch and went to school.

Today's agenda was watching a movie called The 11th Hour which is something like a movie I watched in 2007, The Inconvenient Truth. Both movies involves talking about environmental issues and experts giving their comments. One word: Boring. After the movie we were given a worksheet which is supposedly to be our E-Learning assignment should there be any E-Learning. Since there wasn't any E-Learning, we did the worksheet in class, giving us the opportunity to check answers on the internet. Wikipedia is always my best friend!

After class, paid a visit to CityVibe and had some little snacks there. Durian pancake, cheese hotdog and the very delicious curry fishballs. On the way back, I was observing commuters on the MRT. Some of them are behaving as if they are going to collect their lottery prize of $100 million but fell asleep on the MRT and rushing out like no tomorrow. Others have exited and new passengers are entering but they just rush out of the MRT like there's no tomorrow. If you are so good, why not take part in the Olympics as a runner?

UP!

Photobucket

This movie seems nice! Anyone wanna watch with me? Will be released on 1 August!
Strange

I don't know why I'm missing my bed so much. My mood has been affected since this morning. I woke up to see that I'm not in my soft and fluffy bed anymore. Why? Bed bugs. The bed is my favourite till now. I didn't know I'll miss my bed so much. Something just feels wrong without it. Looking back on the wonderful photos of my bed, it's time for me to slowly put it off my mind.

A single small mattress holds me for the night for the time being. I'll have no more chance to roll left and right like what I used to do. I can no longer spread out my arms and legs. This is the first time an item has such an effect on me. My room feels empty without it. I don't have a sense of belonging. It feels like I'm in a dream now and I wish that I can wake up soon.

As the Chinese saying goes, 旧的不去,新的不来. I shall now look forward to a new bed, hopefully a soft and fluffy one again.
R.I.P

To hell with bed bugs! You caused my soft and fluffy bed to be thrown away!

After battling with the bed bugs for 1 month, I finally gave way. It's time to do something. With a heavy heart, I threw my 2 mattresses away and got a very small mattress as a replacement. Well, hope I get a new bed soon! I can't stand this mattress, although slept on it for a few months last time....

Slacked at home for the whole day. Had a hair cut. Nothing much. =)

东海岸之旅

Brought the Wuhan students to East Coast Park today. Some of them had not seen the sea their entire life as Wuhan is a landlocked city. They were of course, very excited!

Reached there in the small little bus they chartered. Upon reaching, it was free and easy. I wanted to cycle so asked around if anyone wants to cycle. Ya Nan and Ruo Xi followed along. From our starting point, we cycled to Bedok Jetty. Watched some planes fly by. I remember the very first plane was a Singapore Airlines Airbus A340-541 operating SQ38 from Singapore to Los Angeles. Took out my camera to take a photo of it. However, guess what? "Change the batteries" Out of battery and I have no extras! Argh.

Enjoyed the wind before cycling further to the east, towards Changi Airport. We reached a point where we decided to stop and have a chat. You can literally see planes fly over your head. I finally saw the first ATR-72 in my live, operating from Singapore to Kuala Terranganu for Firefly. Another guy, Zhou Ji joined us shortly after. Decided to cycle back to our point after resting for 15 minutes. When almost reaching, received a call from the rest and said that "we have to leave immediately" as the bus driver had "something urgent". In the end it was all a hoax. =.= Lol, so fun meh?

Took the bus back to school and went for dinner at the eatery opposite Beauty World. Their curry chicken is quite nice! Drank winter melon tea and coconut juice. I was very very thirsty for some reasons, lol! Finally, bade goodbye to them and bused home. It'll be on 1st September before I'll be able to see them again. Hope the day comes soon! =D

I just notice my face is popping out O.o

Me and my bike :D

I don't know what are we doing.. Lol

White, red, yellow, red, white. Symmetrical!

Last group photo before we leave ECP. See you guys in Wuhan! <3

双溪布洛沼泽保护区

Went for a site visit today for the Green Vision module. Our destination: Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve. It was really an interesting trip! We got to see a different side of Singapore. The creepy crawlies, reptiles and even insects that you don't see in the city! Let the photos do the talking. :D

That's our bus!

I've rarely got a chance to see NP from this view...

Wuhan Students

Went to school early today for FPD lab. Boring! Something that shocked me today. Once I went into the class, Pamela put a plastic bag in front of me and said "Happy Birthday!". I was like O.o. I stunned for 2 minutes, I swear. After recovering from my stun, went on with lessons. Had 3 hour break so we had lunch for an hour and went on to an empty class just beside our next class, WSS. Tried doing our 4000 word essay which we were supposed to hand in today but apparently failed.

After school at 5pm, went off to meet the Wuhan students who came to Singapore from WUST. They are a kind load, I can say! Brought them to Mr Wee's mother-in-law's house to have a seat to let them understand how Singaporeans live their life followed by a visit to the local food centre, Clementi Food Centre. Got to know a few of them today. Mostly girls. =X Only managed to know 1 guy better. They are namely Charlotte, Yu Nan, Zi Pei and a guy which I forgot his name. =X The others are cool too, didn't get to know their names yet. However, I'm sure there's lots of time to do so in Wuhan!

I finally know how contact lens look like! LOL
DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT MY CONTACT LENS. I HAVE PERFECT EYESIGHT!

My present, the wrapping not opened yet
