woots, just 2 days left to chiangmai.. getting more and more excited le! will be away for 2 weeks, so expect my blog to be very quiet for 2 weeks, lol. lin and nat came over to cook yesterday. it was quite good lol, had some crazy time playing around and gossiping. old times.. haha.

we cooked a couple of stuff today like spaghetti with crab, baked potatoes, campbell soup and such.. oh and fried eggs (which was burnt...) we started out with the campbell soup to whet our appetite first as we were darn hungry. i didnt manage to finish it (lol, for the first time) and poured away like 20% of it. we noticed we dont have tomatoes and they sent me over to buy it -.- sian de lor, have to go out again, lols. anyway, rested for a while and nat wanted to fry eggs.

the egg was slightly burnt, i eat once and i threw it all to them cuz it's too bitter =.= thats why i say sometimes i cant trust nat in cooking =X after frying the eggs we decided to make spaghetti with crab. it was ok except too little sauce, lol. next time should make more bahs.. i quite like the taste. it comes out naturally without any seasoning or such and it doesnt taste plain.

we rested for a good while before proceeding to make the baked potatoes. this is the most tedious job out of all today as we're required to dig a hole in the potatoes to put stuff inside and bake. lin told me to be the one digging, so i went off with a small little spoon and started digging the holes. ok, sounds abit wrong i guess =.=

i made them into mashed potatoes and do u notice the spiral? :p



all after a day's work... wash dishes!!!
